At Nekoto Books, we want you to love your literary-inspired fashion, but if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the book-inspired hangtags are still attached and the garment is neatly folded.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
